Chip McNall-Founder and Senior Loan Officer
Chip started in mortgage in 2001, coming from real estate and discovering what he loved most — solving the hard problems that stand between a family and the keys to their home. In 25 years he’s held nearly every role in the industry: loan officer, account executive, sales manager, branch manager, and director of correspondent lending. It means he understands every side of a transaction and uses that experience to your advantage. Today Chip leads Alpha Home Lending from Pleasant Grove, Utah — handling everything from first-time purchases to construction loans, VA, jumbo, and investment properties. Licensed in Utah, Idaho, Texas, and Florida.
Outside the office you’ll find Chip on a pickleball court, fly fishing, or out in the mountains with his wife. They have five children and five grandchildren — which means he understands exactly what’s at stake when a family is buying a home.

Austin Pugmire
Austin is the newest addition to the team. Taking his passion for real estate, sales, and finance he found the mortgage industry. With over 5 years in the real estate industry working with agents on marketing and media creation the transition into loans was an easy decision. Expanding his skills to homeowners and agents alike he is excited to help you secure a loan for your next house.
If you see him outside the office it will be up in the mountains climbing, hiking, or biking. You can also see him on a pickleball court trying to keep up with the old guys or at the park with his daughter Skye and wife Kiah. He and his families passion is healthy eating and an active lifestyle.
